Rollform Setup Technician – The Dalles, OR
Homeshield, a manufacturer of quality screen, roll formed metal components, metal embedded co-extrusions, vinyl extrusions, and fabricated assemblies servicing a variety of industries is seeking an experienced Rollform Setup Technician. Homeshield is located in The Dalles, OR (1 hour east of Portland) and has highly competitive wage, bonus, and benefit plans.
Primary responsibilities:
Using setup chart, setup rolls to run a quality product for operators. Align line cutoff & knurlers. Program AMS MP 350’, operate hoist, perform quality checks, and troubleshoot.
Position qualifications:
•Rollform experience
• Read/write/interpret production prints.
• Plan, perform, and make decisions as to the sequence of setup processes, modifications, and programming.
• Mechanical ability a must.
• Able to use dial calipers, micrometers, tape measure, etc.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to perform basic math w/the use of decimals/fractions.

East Coast National Account Manager
Colonial Craft – Homeshield, a Quanex Building Products company, is expanding its operations. We will be starting up a new manufacturing facility in Shawano, WI. The expansion of our Colonial Craft – Homeshield operation will allow us to begin offering high quality flooring products along with our established line of high end wood architectural mouldings.
Our expansion has created the need for an East Coast National Account Manager.
This position will be responsible for planning, leading, organizing, and controlling the sales function for the Colonial Craft-Homeshield Accounts on the East Coast. The incumbent will be responsible for the expansion and growth of the Colonial Craft products and in securing new business, and building and maintaining customer relationships.
Communication is crucial, communicating regularly, regarding issues and trends occurring within territory. This requires an understanding of the market needs within territory and an ability to communicate accurately, concisely and timely .
Incumbent must have technical knowledge sufficient enough to assess the customer’s needs and company’s ability to fulfill those needs.
Incumbent should have a Bachelors Degree in Sales & Marketing with a minimum of 10 years related sale and/or customer service experiences and/or an equivalent combination of education and related experience. Skill set should include organization, follow-through, self motivation, and have general industry knowledge.

Manufacturing Engineer - Rice Lake, WI
Homeshield, a manufacturer of quality screen, roll formed metal components, metal embedded co-extrusions, vinyl extrusions, and fabricated assemblies servicing a variety of industries is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support new business. Homeshield is located in Northwestern Wisconsin and has highly competitive wage, bonus, and benefit plans.
Primary responsibilities:
To develop and perform tests, prepare and execute ECOs, quotes, test data from concept test through production process evaluations. To record meeting minutes, test data, material specifications and all confidential company documents and ideas; maintain project schedules; provide technical assistance; coordinate schedules.
Position qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering discipline.
- Minimum of five years experience as a product or design engineer or related engineering field.
- Knowledge of metal and plastic design and fabrication with extrusions, molded parts and light assembly. Ability to operate Solidworks. Metal roll-forming is a plus.
- Project management experience of 1-2 years.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong mathematical and electrical background.

Grinding Technician - Luck, WI
Full-time 1st Shift
Monday - Thursday ~ 5:00am – 3:30 p.m.
overtime as necessary
REQUIREMENTS:
Knowledge of Weinig profile grinder equipment model 960 preferred. Must be able to use various measuring devices to 0.001 of an inch. Previous grinding experience
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Cleaning and loading of moulder heads
Grinding knife stock to profile
Maintain cutter heads and grinding equipment
Installing carbide inserts
Delivery of heads to production floor
