Four unique companies — one budding legacy for the fenestration industry. In 2004, Amsco, Colonial Craft, Imperial Products and Homeshield Fabricated Products merged to become Homeshield. Each company brings its own tradition of quality craftsmanship and customer service to strengthen the unified Homeshield brand. We are now one of the leading fenestration supply companies in the industry.
Homeshield features eight manufacturing facilities in six states working as one.
Our integrated support services approach enables us to focus on core issues, implement key strategies, and make improvements quickly to give our customers more options and more responsive support.
Since Frank Nichols Jr. first established himself as a distributor of building products in 1906, we’ve undertaken a variety of name changes. But one thing has remained consistent — our commitment to superior customer service and craftsmanship for the OEM industry. So whether it’s assembled window screens, door screens, wood grilles, architectural moldings, window and patio door assemblies or roll-form metal assemblies, we have the raw materials, manufacturing capabilities, and industry expertise to deliver high-quality fenestration products quickly, right to your window or door.
We credit our long-lasting client relationships as a key to our success. Our consolidation allows us to enhance these relationships and reach out to new customers with a more comprehensive product line and stronger field and engineering support.
We have proudly served the fenestration industry for nearly 100 years. Together as one, we are positioned to build on this success.
