RollTrusion ™ simplifies the metal processing requirements by utilizing the unique capabilities of plastic to form complex profiles that enhance assembly, finish, and durability. What normally would be a multiple component part requiring assembly is now completed in a single process.

RollTrusion ™ combines any metallic materials available in coil with extrusion grade thermoplastics. The RollTrusion ™ process can achieve improvements to properties such as thermal resistance, corrosion, structural integrity, weatherability, and texture. RollTrusion ™ enhances assembly efficiencies and lowers manufacturing costs.

Parts can be roll-formed from mill finish or pre-coated metals such as stainless steel, aluminum, cold-rolled steel or any other metals available in coil.
